Basketball is a highly rotational and dynamic sport. Every position relies on transferring force from the ground through the hips, trunk, and spine:
Guards require rotational speed and agility for explosive drives, quick pivots, and perimeter shooting. Forwards need rotational power for post moves, rebounding, and jump shots. Centers generate torque for post blocks, rebounding, and finishing around the rim. All positions use anti-rotational strength to resist contact, maintain balance, and control the body during jumps, cuts, and defensive maneuvers.
The TrueTurnPro (TTP) device and our RGFT Method train basketball athletes to maximize ground reaction forces, stabilize the core, and optimize controlled rotation and anti-rotation for game-specific performance.
