Welcome to your personalized training plan.

Hello, and welcome to the video training program which has been designed for you and your specific needs. Please remember when exercising along with these videos take your time in learning to execute the specific techniques of each video. Along with practicing your technique for each drill, listen to your body and make sure you are not over exerting yourself. We make it a point to remind you that our program design follows a therapeutic process, as opposed to the common fitness approach, which is normally based on high intensity training methods. If you are a beginner or if this is more of a rehabilitation process, please start your sets with 8 to 12 repetitions and limit yourself to one set. Please make sure to reach out to me regarding your appropriate training level if this understanding is unclear. Please listen to the directions within each video carefully, if you need to stop and rewind or pause the video please feel free to do so as you are in control of your body and the rate of progression.

Remember, I am always here to answer all questions and to provide guidance whenever necessary.
