Care and Maintenance of your Device

Care of your TrueTurnPro begins with understanding the components of the device. TrueTurnPro is a simple unit made up of:

1. The center hinge mechanism.
2. The two main bars.
3. The two adjustable shoulder bars.
4. The acupressure shoulder pads.
5. Speed Bands

Owners of the TrueTurnPro should always handle the device with care. Never pull on the device with excessive force. Never throw the device. Instead, when you have finished using your TrueTurnPro, gently place it on the ground or level surface in its standing position. When setting your TrueTurnPro up for the first time, installing the shoulder pads can be a difficult task as the pads have been engineered for a tight fit. You will need to apply pressure for the first installation! Owners should avoid exposing the device to excessive heat, cold, and rain. Love and care for your TrueTurnPro as you would a delicate musical instrument.

Warranty

1-year Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty covers any defects or damages to the TrueTurnPro under normal use during the Warranty Period.

Return Policy

We only exchange goods if they are defective or arrive damaged. In circumstances where you believe that a product is defective, promptly contact us using the form on this page with details of the product and the defect. We will review your submission in a timely fashion and email you with the next steps, which may include a return authorization. If a return authorization is issued, you will need to ship your TrueTurnPro back to us at: PADT 7755 S Research Drive Tempe, AZ 85284 Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time as to whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
